Enjoy Fairly and Act Sustainably at the Technical Town Hall Mannheim
On the Action Day for Fair and Sustainable Nutrition, lunch breaks become a conscious event experience. On October 1, 2026, FnF gGmbH, in collaboration with Fairtrade Town Mannheim, invites you to the Technical Town Hall Mannheim. Under the guiding principle Our food is political, the event connects enjoyment, information, and global responsibility.
Fair Ingredients, Regional Ideas, and Enjoyable Impulses
From 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, visitors will be treated to a lunch menu with ingredients primarily sourced from fair and regional trade. The selection illustrates how daily nutrition is linked to living and working conditions worldwide, as well as to environmental and climate protection.
Inform, Taste, and Participate
The team from Fairtrade Town Mannheim will be on site with an action stand. Information, tastings, and interactive moments invite participants to not only consider fair trade theoretically but to experience it directly with their senses. The atmosphere among the audience is fueled by curiosity, exchange, and a shared interest in sustainable nutrition.
An Action Day as Part of the Fair Week Mannheim
The event is part of the Fair Week Mannheim 2026. The event management connects everyday target audience engagement with concrete taste experiences and comprehensible information. External guests are also warmly invited. An additional impulse: In the urban canteens, coffee, tea, and orange juice will also be offered outside of the action days exclusively from fair trade.
